During the high-demand summer season from May to September, some employees are required to work weekends and they don’t schedule time off for holidays during this period. However, at Del Mar Vacations, they strive to organize enjoyable events and celebrations to enhance the summer season experience for all employees.

Cape Cod is a destination associated with beautiful beaches, great seafood and luxury vacation. It a great place to visit and work but to live here costs an arm and a kidney. I have been paying rent for years and I really wanted a home but I thought it impossible until I began working at DelMar Vacations. In addition to hiring me for a great year round job they also assisted me in achieving the impossible, getting a home here on the Cape. Every one else said it’s too hard to get a home, the market is bad, some just laughed but DelMar vacations said “We are big supporter of year round housing and especially for our employees.” Not even a week after our talk they gave me the help i needed to close on my first home. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to DeMar for enabling me to become a homeowner and I know without a doubt that this is the only company I’ll be working for the rest of my life!!!
