Del Rentals is top tier for their homophobia, sexism, ageism and prejudice against women in the workplace. The stench of toxicity that oozes from them is overwhelming and undeniable. Take a number.. That's all they see us as. Unpaid overtime, tracking software on computers and phone recordings are how they keep us peasants in line... Take an extra bathroom break and they'll think you're having a nap. I'm surprised they haven't chipped us yet... Or maybe they have? The lack of significant and important transparency is laughable and good luck trying to make a positive impact or change in the office...you will be laughed at by upper management...and probably pushed out. I've seen it many times over the years. If they don't like you, they will make your work life difficult and unbearable to the point you want to quit. A proud Canadian company that outsources their developers, tech support and service representatives overseas to save on labour costs. Management is running the company to the ground and morale is long gone. I'm surprised everyone hasn't left yet.
