Pros
There aren’t any pros, unless you like working in a chaotic work environment. Where you will be constantly degraded with no chance for advancement.
Cons
This organization demonstrates a sustained pattern of unprofessional and harmful management practices. I experienced repeated racism and degrading treatment, which was normalized rather than addressed. There are no safeguards in place to protect employees, and leadership fails to take accountability for inappropriate behavior. Employees are routinely disrespected, undervalued, and spoken to in an aggressive and demeaning manner. Yelling and intimidation are used as management tools, creating an environment where staff are fearful of leadership and reluctant to speak up. This culture of fear significantly impacts morale, performance, and retention. Employees who are passionate about their work, highly capable, and motivated to perform well are often taken advantage of rather than supported. That dedication is exploited through increased demands, lack of boundaries, and unrealistic expectations, without corresponding respect, recognition, or compensation. There are no opportunities for advancement, no structured professional development, and no meaningful pay increases. Compensation does not align with workload, responsibilities, or the cost of living, especially given the pricing charged to clients. Favoritism and inconsistent enforcement of policies are common. High turnover is a predictable outcome of these conditions.
