      Pros

      Tons of things to learn, colleagues are willing to help and teach, good for those are super motivated, you may have to chance to see the whole process of manufacturing start from R&D, and debugging, and troubleshooting after customer returned

      Cons

      The whole company is always in a super-busy situation, even though they are willing to teach you materials, but it is hard for you to ask them...... If you would like to work regular hour in a company, this is not it... This company is only for those who like to work from 8 to 9 each day, and willing to continue studying the materials after you got home.... and repeat. (For weekend, you probably should study too, personal life is only a dream in here).

      Pros

      I worked here as intern before and I am still treasuring the experience. They empower you and really allow you to grow your skills instead of just adding a line to the resume.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I was given an offer at the end of the internship. I didnt accept the offer but I still treasure the relationship with them

      Pros

      Flexible work time (between 8:30am-7pm work 8 hours normally). 1.5-hour lunchtime. Open office, refreshing environment. If you are in junior positions, the seniors usually discourage OT culture. Turnover rate is not high. Top management is usually friendly.

      Cons

      Depends on the team you belong, some will gatekeep information to keep their jobs secure. Teams under the same department may be cold to others who are from a different team. Every 4 hours OT is given 0.5 day offs instead of OT pay. No WFH policy. Some departments need to visit China factories regularly, a time-consuming activity if you live far away from the borders.
