Good insurance Good salery Opportunities to work from home and get out to the clients

CEO was prior Sales leader and since his time being brought on, he's hired and fired 3 plus sales leaders, along with people hired within 6 months with no advance notice of performance or indicators needed to stay. Sales have been plummiting and they have poor sales process for the client to gain interest.

This role was a bait-and-switch operation. While it was marketed as Senior Customer Success/Experience, the daily reality was almost entirely focused on sales rather than genuine CS/CX functions.
