amazing leadership--nurturing everyone and listening to and addressing suggestions for overall organizational improvement; operational efficiency and effectiveness in what we worked on--motivating for innovation, strategy and more. a true value added to taxpayers, and a great experience working there and helping all colleagues grow to their fullest potential. Leadership continued the program even after its funding was cut. Have rarely seen such great motivating leadership and collegial co-supports.

temporary contract--sad that the funding for the Visiting Professorship positions was cut by Congress--the value was actually tremendous for the workforce.
