      Great Employee discount, Good Pay, Great recognition of a job well done. Paid time off is generous for the industry, The business side is run extermly well, no worries about them closing the doors anytime soon.

      Work life balance can sometimes get skewed, company works the detail to get maxiomum advantage over it's employees

      Steady work Most coworkers are decent

      Cons

      Management does not trust you to do your job without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. Human Resources always backs up management. There is no regard for the employees concerns.
