Pros

An evolving company that had some issues in the last year. After some serious reflection in the executive team some vital decisions regarding the management were made. You can tell how the atmosphere has improved over the last few months. It was looking grim and now there's a new enthusiasm abound. -Very flexible working hours -Every bit of overtime recorded -Animal friendly -Actual fun company culture, no forced fun

Cons

A lot has been resolved and some strong support pulled in (along with more investment). There is still room for improvement in company-wide communication and implementation of steady procedures.

Pros

You're motivated and supported to start your own projects, the colleagues are amazing and there is an overall laidback and relaxed atmosphere without losing focus to targets.

Cons

I started little over a year ago and it has been in constant development. Which has it good and bad sides. Unfortunately for the company, and especially the people, it was a turbulent last half year (nov-april). Luckily, they recognized the problem and handled it. Still developing but now upwards. This has given all of the employees a new boost in confidence as well and we are all working together to growth again.

Pros

I enjoyed working here a lot. The company is young, they target a younger audience and thus all my colleagues were also younger (between 22 and 35). However, everyone carried quite some responsibility which made the atmosphere relaxed but professional. Working there feels like a family and everyone really has a heart for the company. Because you carry some responsibility, you learn very quickly which is beneficial to your career development.

Cons

The company is unstable, misuse of peoples loyalty for the company, hardly any benefits, salaries are not great and its really far out. Due to some decisions in 2018, the company is now in survival mode which means downsizing left and right and cutting budgets where they can. I hope they turn around quick but probably not within 6 months.
