Trying their best - Manager Deepdene Care Employee Review

Friendly working environment. Deepdene Care is a wonderful place to work. My job based me at Head Office in Solihull however I went out to all the homes many times, The staff at the homes are friendly, caring with a positive goal of making the homes the best possible place for the residence. Head Office support the homes with an understanding of their needs and hard work. They ensure the homes run smoothly. I enjoyed my time at Deepdene and would highly recommend anyone that is looking to work in the care sector consider Deepdene.

Occasionally the volume of work can be overwhelming, I felt the salary did not match the job.

Locally okish head office were awful a few individuals who forgot who they were working for , no care no empathy and tight purses so residents lived in not so nice places.
