- Too much office politics, If you are a boot licker, you can survive in the organisation. - Your reporting officer is everything. Those in higher posts are just commerce graduates or some local university graduates. Some of them are very arrogant and think they are secretaries or joint secretaries of the ministry. - Too much vigilance; they don't trust employees. - Work culture is too much toxic. - Nepotism and culture of hired and fired. - Hardly people complete 1-2 years at this organisation. - Diversity and Inclusion is a joke, In name of diversity they have women, Hardly find people from minority and caste at intermediate to a higher post.
