Colleagues care and are surprisingly good even under the circumstances. You get to cleanup all of the terrible mistakes in the code base.

Management is incompetent. The company’s internal management practices lacked transparency and consistency. Employees who faced stress or health challenges often encountered rigid policies and limited empathy from HR or leadership. Communication around performance expectations and internal changes were unclear, creating unnecessary pressure. For anyone considering a role here, think three times.
