Opportunity to growth, team is very proactive.

Lack of structure, need better leadership in key roles.

The pay is decent for the area. The hourly workers and some office staff are great people.

Management, they all go in circles and know everything. This company hasn't gotten up to date with the times. Working from home strictly frowned upon, giving poor work life balance. As long as you are friends with HR, your performance & doing your job correctly doesn't matter.
