Pros

Good work environment and co-workers, people-first attitude, growth environment, opportunities for people to take on responsibility and be seen/recognized. Professional leadership development opportunities. Gym reimbursement. Mental Health reimbursement. Free Nurse Line. Free chiropractic care. For collectors, uncapped commissions (they can make more than the C-suite). Implementing EOS right now and have a John Maxwell coach helping lead the company.

Cons

Growing pains. Growing a small business can be extra painful especially for specific employees. We've outgrown people's ability to lead in their position and that's been hard to walk through. The company has also failed some employees over the years (not enough training, not enough feedback, etc.) None of this is intentional or malicious. I saw this at my last job too. What's good is the company continues to get better. New leaders with time. Comp for the collectors is great, but you have to earn it. Comp for the rest of the staff seems to be middle of the road. Benefits are better than required so that can offset some of this. Flexibility and a good work environment is also helpful.

Cons

I want to share my experience with Dedicated Financial GBC to help potential job seekers make an informed decision. I was recently terminated without warning after consistently showing up, putting in effort, and asking for support to improve my performance. Early in my employment, I received one write-up for not collecting enough money — a challenge I immediately worked to overcome. That same month, I turned things around and collected over $30,000. Despite my repeated requests for guidance and training to succeed in the role, I was promised help that never came. It was disheartening to see that integrity often took a back seat to appearances. For example, many of the company’s five-star reviews come from situations where customers are incentivized to give them under the guise of their account manager getting “free lunches” or other perks, which never sat right with me. I genuinely wanted to do my job well and help people resolve their debts ethically and respectfully. Unfortunately, that didn’t align with the company’s priorities. I’m sharing this to provide transparency for others considering employment there — I believe honesty and integrity should always come before numbers.
