After 3 years with the company, I can say that they have done an excellent job of expanding while keeping their core values prevalent. Upper management is easily accessible and they seize every opportunity to nurture their teams.

Cons

Because of the steady growth of the portfolio, training and IT issues are areas that require improvement. However, Decron is understanding of this shortcoming and everyone pitches in to ensure that the on-site teams are supported.
