Cons
The lack of projects increases the risk of layoffs. Management should strengthen business development efforts and proactively secure new projects to maintain workforce stability. Acts like a manpower resource company. Senior management in India has an inability to get new clients and projects and doesn't know what they are doing. Even if we search for jobs ourselves, the process would be better than the senior management's new client search process. The founder believes the India senior management team is good, but they are only okay at running projects and are not good enough at getting new clients or projects.
