Pros

There are a lot of employees who come from all over.

Cons

Though there is diversity, it is not culturally competent. Almost feels like there is diversity just to check it off a list. Not a safe and supportive environment for minorities.

Pros

I worked at DecoNetwork for over 2 years starting the summer of 2016. From the first day that I worked there, I felt like family and still to this day keep up with many of my co-workers and a hand whenever I can. DecoNetwork is very supportive of all of their employees and listen to all ideas no matter the position. The management style allows for autonomy and actually cares for the employee as a person. There were many instances where I would have to work from home and I was never intimidated to ask, company culture is close and highly collaborative. I had the opportunity to solve business problems for companies all over the world. The company was not married to its KPIs or scripts which allows us to meet the customers needs with freedom and the way we see fit for the customers. This is proven effective and reflects in DecoNetwork's high satisfaction rating (consistently high 90s). Company culture is amazing, if you like video games, food, and ping-pong, work hard play hard environment. Don't be afraid to hit the ground running.

Cons

They are smaller but global company which means that their resources are stretched out between several countries across the globe. as a result, pay is not above market value. Support is based out of Atlanta but Dev is based out of Australia. This can sometimes result in communication issues that can add stress to support in making sure that customer needs are met.

Pros

Small business. DecoNetwork is an amazing technology company that is still growing and creating opportunities for career growth. Being on the ground floor during the early stages mean that an individual can have a huge impact. Hard work also means we play hard. The conference room table also happens to be the office pin pong table. This is a tradition carried out across our international offices and yes, player rankings are kept. The new management had definitely placed a focus on their employees. They've recently added health benefits, begun to observe more holidays with pay, and doubled our PTO. High work moral.

Cons

There is no company yacht or company Porsche the employees can indulge in. Requests have been made! In all seriousness, it seems that previous management made decisions with short term vision that caused moral to drop. Originally there was no health benefits (but now we do).
