      Every project is based on responsibilities, no one could blame each other like typical working culture, Which is perfect environemnt to grow and keep learning. No office politics, and office setting is good to go everyday with very friendly and diverse team. Overall, ten on ten to the culture and the company.

      - You will be able to work on the wide variety of the projects going from small to MNC level. - If you want to learn new things and work on the latest tech stack then this is the place

      Cons

      - The Job is Office based and they don't provide the Work from home - You will have to keep your time flexible as some times the swift is from afternoon to night/mid-night depending on the project/client as some client are from the US-Canada - No Songs or anything you will get bored - Also you will need to stay more active and focused
