On your point regarding support and feedback, we would like to clarify that employees are encouraged to actively reach out to their reporting managers or team leaders when guidance is needed. That said, we recognise that we can continue to improve in making these communication channels clearer and more accessible, so that no one feels uncertain about where to seek support.
We also appreciate your feedback on leadership and people management. As part of our growth, we continuously groom and develop our leaders, and while they may not be perfect, we are committed to strengthening their capabilities over time. At the same time, we believe that a positive team environment is a shared responsibility, and we will continue working to ensure all employees, including those deployed at client sites, feel supported and respected.
