Pros

DW hires a lot of recent grads, and as a brand-new employee you get real assignments with clients pretty much from day 1. It's a small company, so you get to know everyone and learn from your more experienced peers. This is probably a good resume builder.

Cons

DW is trying to figure out what it wants to be when it grows up. It has big league aspirations, but it's not there yet (despite the PR). There is some politics and the culture isn't the healthiest. The people practices are far from world class. For more experienced professionals, you'll get lots of autonomy, but to the point of abandonment and unclear direction. Your innovative ideas won't be warmly embraced unless they lead directly to sales/revenue; instead, you'll be expected to toe the company line and deliver.

Pros

Initially fun coworkers. Fairly chill office. Starting in mud 2024 the culture kind of died.

Cons

Where to start: benefits cut, promised raises cut, random layoffs right after new hires, trying to convince the team that shipping jobs overseas and selling to private equity is actually good for everyone not just for senior leadership with ownership.
