Operations - Anonymous employee Decisely Employee Review

Extremely sexist, I was sexually harassed throughout my time at Decisely, This is a boys club work environment, if you are a woman and are not LDS then chances are you will end up leaving or getting fired, very unprofessional, toxic and hostile work environment, with unequal pay. Continuously going back on what they say, from all levels of management, no set procedures and processes for basic things such as pay, job title and policies changing on a daily basis, with no warning or communication. Culture is nonexistent and poor quality management choices with plenty of favoritism and gossip. Would never recommend anyone work here, never treated so terrible by an employer.
