PTO policy is great, benefits available/ 401k, weekly free team lunch, office environment is professional but relaxed, the team works together VERY WELL, management is open to feedback, there is room for growth if you are willing to put in the work.

The company is a start up so the team as a whole needs to be willing to adapt and overcome new challenges but as long as you are willing to pull your weight and have a good work ethic this company will be a good fit.

Remote, decent compensation, flexible schedule, awesome workmates, good team communication
