The corporate staff are composed of some truly terrific people. Good PTO, especially as you progress in your tenure. Good target bonus program.

Stiff environment. Could have been more relaxed and fun.

The executive team is very strong. Great reputation for doing the right things. I had a personal issue a few years ago and felt incredibly supported through it.

There are sometimes challenges associated with a smaller sized firm, but all in this is managed quite well by the firm (competitive employee benefits and programs.)
