Pros
Interesting students, beautiful campus cool perks for students, they try to support their students, great facilities, people and staff care about each other
Cons
By far the lowest paying school but their students need a lot of support from professors. There are a lot of different reports and paperwork required of staff to fill out about students that are having difficulty. Students are all over academically and behaviorally so the classroom can be challenging and exhausting. None of these things would be a con if the school paid a fair rate (at least industry standard). I've taught there for five years and never have received a raise, seriously. Why do I put up with it? I like the students and agree to teach their classes last because they pay the least for the most amount of work.
