Pros
Overall, my time at Dealz was a good experience. The managers are friendly, approachable, and strong leaders, which made working here enjoyable and helped me learn a lot. The salary is good for a part-time role, and I gained valuable experience in various tasks, which will be useful in the future.
Cons
On the downside, the work environment can be challenging at times. Some colleagues are not very friendly, which made teamwork a bit difficult. The store also faced frequent theft issues, requiring extra vigilance, which could be stressful. Additionally, the location and surrounding area sometimes added to these challenges.
