Management really cares about employees.

Could have better associate training

-Could sometimes work from home. -Mostly, was not micromanaged and could control your own workload. -Paid fairly if you asked for it and advocated for yourself.

-Attorneys are allowed to get away with inappropriate behavior with no consequences (flirting with their legal assistants who are half their age, having inappropriate relations in the building, watching inappropriate videos in their offices) -Pregnant people face obvious discrimination here -Management will not take your complaints seriously and will opt to move you to a different office instead. -Overworked assistants and undervalued them consistently -slurs and inappropriate language used frequently in public spaces in the office. -no opportunities for career advancement unless someone quits
