      It is showcased as your pros but it's totally not.

      Cons

      All the reviews are asked by the employees to review then only they will give your experience letter. - No experienced staff. - All the employees are made overworked. - Freshers are given roles to manage people experienced than them its look good but all the workload is on them - Our shifts used to start from morning 10 to 12 midnight or 10 pm and this was normal for us. - I saw freshers working on weekends and holidays too. - No balance in life anyone will call you even after working hours CEO is not aware of timings and ethics. - Some meetings used to be there from 12 noon till 5 pm no breaks for lunch or anything they don't get it only.

      Felt a bit overwhelmed with calls, new features, bugs and planning Deployments were done manually, caused a lot of issues Availability for remote sessions was dependent on client

      CEO works very clozely The hairerkie iz vary flat , CEO and freshur work at same lavul , both have no idea about how to code Sales is very shouting make me sad but CEO make me heppy Don't join here ,I make all the projects

      This copani itself is a corn No laptop to work , i work my machine Company give aws to kode but aws no work some some time , i do start 2 time its slow slow every one acting like company but no working Boss say work from home posbbile, but home no have wifi, i use neighbour wifi, he change password, i go park now. I aks for raise, Sales say yes, we raise the workload. They do me insulting very mach
