Difficult Environment-Poor Leadership - Anonymous employee De Well Group Employee Review

All good people quite of get terminated if owner does not like them. She must always be in control of everything. I have seen several great employees leave because owner Cheng makes it difficult for them to work because of her leadership. She also makes employees cry if they make her upset. I saw her throw the receptionist time card on the floor because she did not like her. Does not pay sales employees commission on-time or not at all, and recently fired a good manager for complaining about it.
