Pros

There is a gym space where people can do things - the only pro. The gym smells horrible, they never clean the place and NEVER wash the silks. Anyone doing any aerial classes that involves any fabric - please know you have years of sweat, blood, and tears accumulated into that fabric. It's repulsive.

Cons

Everything. The owners Nicole and Victor lack professionalism. They will gossip about everyone and anyone (especially Nicole - it's horrifying how much she talks behind people's back). They constantly order fast food and eat it during classes and in the gym. This is a daily/regular occurrence. Their personal food delivery bill has to be hundreds if not thousands of dollars each month. They use AI for everything - so don't think anything you read or see on their marketing actually came from them. They pretend to be and do more than they are. They lied on stage at Vivafest saying they got their "protrack" students $40k+ of work. That's a LIE. They instead paid themselves and their two children and did a contract out of state by Imagination Entertainment. Imagination is the only company that gives them any business because they've been friends for so long. DLD doesn't actually get work themselves or get work for their students outside of what Imagination feeds them. The "protrack" is a JOKE. They have a zero percent success rate (although they will lie and say numbers). The first 3 people in the program left before it was up (all on bad terms). The only people in it now are 2 kids who were raised in the studio/grew up there/have been groomed/all they know. Victor and Nicole aren't good coaches. Nicole doesn't coach - she cannot demo anything, only knows some basic aerial stuff, and is one of the moodiest complainers I've ever met. Victor is so spacey and out of it always it seems like he's stoned or just had a few big brain injuries. The students who take classes can tell you that most of the teachers are actually high school (or younger) kids who are on their cell phones and don't actually run/lead a class. At competitions their students are always the ones screaming their heads off to where nobody can even hear the music playing for the athlete that is on stage. The protrack has no structure and is a joke. If they get you to pay them $$$ for any of their programs - you've been conned. The only thing they offer occasionally that is worth any amount of money or time is hosting other coaches for workshops (really only during their competition, not a regular thing). They have not produced anyone of substance nor have they gotten anyone actual jobs/career opportunities from their programs. They pay their student teachers (since no self-respecting adults will work there) roughly $20/hr. Their kids get paid a lot more for gigs. They told one students who was in the pro-track she was being paid less than her counter-parts because she couldn't do the splits for a gig that nobody needed to do splits at. They are crazy, hot-headed, temperamental, and the least professional "business" I've ever seen. Yet they will stroll up in their expensive cars, talk about their nice home in an expensive zip code, and spend money like it's nothing. Turns out - they have another home(s) they rent out to make money. So this business is not their livelihood. When they host their yearly aerial competition they bring in around $40k for the weekend (two days). They are not hurting for money and do not need your money. Stay far away from this place is you value ethics, integrity, or quality.
