Pros
As a designer I got to work on a variety of projects in many different industries. The diverse portfolio of clients led me to grow as a designer, and to gain the confidence to do design for almost any context. The people are thoughtful and care about great work.
Cons
The company structure stays pretty static, which means that there isn’t a whole lot of change. It feels stable, as the partners work hard to get good client projects, but don’t expect your role to evolve a whole lot from year to year.
