Awesome and talented colleagues who will slog out OT together, and deserve much better than the PTSD they all have from suffering in this awful workplace

The boss: - Has total lack of respect for professional boundaries and respecting off-work hours. Oversteps constantly, and the power dynamics makes it nigh impossible for young and inexperienced employees to stand up for themselves. - Extremely emotionally manipulative, employees have to walk on eggshells - Verbally abuses everyone in screaming fits with no remorse or empathy for people whatsoever - Prone to outbursts of rage and will throw/hit objects violently - Manufactures drama in the workplace to fulfil whatever gaping psychological void he has - Constantly asks employees to do things out of their scope

Colleagues are friendly and work well together.

Not many accounts for variety of work to do. Boss was extremely childish and highly disruptive during work, and employees were scared and uncomfortable around him.
