      There is minimum or no standard process. Bosses are the process (can change according as bosses wish). If you are new or just out from school, chances likely you would end up doing other departments job since you are not familiar with actual process practice in the industry.

      can learn a lot in IOT domain

      Cons

      very toubleson IT policy, manager don't like go back ontime. if you cannot finish before deadline, very rude behave on employee. Boss is screaming very load on employee.
