Pros
- Attorneys (most are friendly) - Secretaries - 20 PTO days - D&G has amazing clients and the work they do is really interesting
Cons
- No room for growth within staff departments - Micromanagement within the marketing department is an understatement - Titles are arbitrary (unless you're an attorney) - No trust given to employees to do their job (staff-wise) - Little to no processes in place making it quite difficult to be consistent - 9 times out of 10 you will have to make some sort of edit to your work, even if you did it EXACTLY as you had the time before - Upper management typically just pushes work off onto people under them, with not much direction - You are typically expected to get every single thing approved, including emails - Upper management also doesn't have a full understanding of how to do all job duties so you typically are trained by the person you are replacing. Including temps - Taking time off can be extremely difficult and you are expected to "ask permission" - Constant push back by any ides you try to contribute - Events are outdated
