Very interesting work. Lots to do. Never get bored. Excellent high intensity experience for new graduates and those that want a challenge. Lots of very intelligent people work there. Anyone seeking a mentor would excel here. The staff is all very close and help each other as much as possible. If a mechanical engineer new grad wanted experience to be meaningful for the rest of their career, this is the place. Lots of opportunities for interesting projects. Lots of cross functional experience available
Cons
Very poor succession planning. No succession planning really. The older work force is very over worked. Management / corporate refuses to pay people based on market trends to the point that projects are lost due to being unable to have enough staff to finish work. Pay is also very low as far as raises and young, talented people leave very often.
