Cons
Insurance claims management company but has a call centre ethos. Managers are completely clueless and they are constantly watching over you looking for an excuse to pull you aside. You need a reason to go to the toilet (type in the reason code on the phone) and it logs you back in after 3 minutes. During my 2 years i saw 38 people leave (in a team of around 23) think that says it all.
