      The wedding industry is fun and I enjoy helping girls find their dream dress.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. Management is very demanding. I feel like the customer is put under a lot of pressure to buy rather then given an enjoyable encouraging experience.

      Fun place to work and nice to be apart of something bigger.

      Total revolving door for employees, managers and everything else. No commission and store is worn down along with systems.
