Awesome people, great environment, beautiful dresses, decent paying job for part time, decent commission if sales targets are hit, good for those who like to socialize and to be in the fashion/bridal industry.
Cons
Strict policies, emotionally & physically draining, need to understand bridal fashion trends, lots of cleaning after store hours, high expectations on their consultants regarding customer service and product knowledge.
