Honestly everything!! The management at lawrenceville, nj store were incapable of doing anything. Were not only extremely rude to their customers, but were outright disrespectful to their employees. The most common expression used by this stores management was "It's not my problem" or "I don't know" and my favorite "Theres nothing I can do for you." The management of this store never take responsibility for ANYTHING!! Plus, they have a huge turnover rate which makes it hard for part-time employees to make any money because they give them 9-10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Its extremely hard to make commission. Especially when you get brides that only come in to window shop or play dress up, and to make matters worse, the manager on duty will make you spend 3 or 4 hours with that bride to MAKE you sell them. Not everyone is going to buy, so give us a chance to work with someone who actually wants to.
