It is an absolutely amazing working experience. The customers and staff are awesome, helping brides find their perfect dress is a unique experience
Cons
The Pay and commission are an issue, you have to sell $170 a hour in order to make productivity but that’s for the whole pay period so if you have a busy week and your sales are good then it’s a slow week you don’t get any of your commission and yore only paid the $8.25
