Pros
Working with some incredibly passionate and knowledgeable people and a fantastic range of artists.
Cons
A deeply toxic environment, unrealistic expectations, insufficient support. Difficult to witness so many hard working people be worked into the ground until they became physically and mentally unwell. Senior members of staff treat juniors with an appallingly lack of respect.
