      Great to be able to work within a small, localised and talented team. The work environment is very friendly. You are able to learn a lot during the short summer period working intimately with artist archives and their libraries.

      Cons

      The summer period in the art world is quite quiet and slightly slower compared to other seasons.

      comfortable office spaces and abundant resources

      Cons

      Complete disregard for work/life balance. toxic management style enabled by HR. retaliatory behavior in response to basic requests. Lack of understanding for employees with childcare needs.
