bully you into changing shift patterns constantly an it happens every few weeks and months - struggle to get a contract, Was a good place to work but has gone down hill very quickly over the last 6 months. They promise training but hardly any given that is of any benefit to the company or the employee, Put under massive pressure to work stupid hours so work life balance does not exist, Not enough spares - cannot buy spares as never got enough budget. Produces 40 to 50 ton of waste bread a week (never seen such high waste in my life). Turned into the worst company i have worked for. Treat production and hygiene badly as well.
