      Company looks after its employees and is a compassionate employer.

      Cons

      The nature of the company's work and industry pressures can make this a very stressful place to work due to constant deadlines and little respite. Headcount needs to be seriously looked at as many departments are understaffed with no apparent scope to increase Car scheme has something to be desired.

      Bullying from management and higher up If you wasn’t a favourite you definitely know about it as they have no respect for you Promote favourites as ‘senior’ yet we’re all the same Don’t offer senior to everyone as common knowledge You get blamed for cancellations and there’s no help no one wants to help you everyone is out for themselves
