      Outstanding initial training, great benefits package, upper management definitely reflects the promised culture and inspires excellence.

      Cons

      Local management is not held to the company culture standards. Unprofessional sharing of "protected client info", disrespectful/ yelling interactions by management, vulgarity and bullying abound in group settings.

      Company is very frivolous but rewards thrifty mindset with profit sharing and ESOP for all employees.

      The Family atmosphere that David Weekley has Everyone seems happy to be working for David Weekley The way we treat our trade partners is far above and beyond any other builder in the valley We have team building events which helps you grow in your position and interact with others in other positions. Amazing company to work for no micromanaging. If you do your job that is. Benefits are amazing David Weekly truly takes care of their employees.
