Pros
Nice building with a great cafeteria and chef. Front desk staff are exceptionally caring and friendly. A lot of really kind people who are passionate about the mission.
Cons
Make no mistake about what the true priority is at DCC: Money. This company claims to be non-profit but it is absolutely committed to making money, and the executives do not care about you. Departments that make the most $$$ receive lavish praise; those that struggle are left to wither and die on the vine as their resources are redirected elsewhere. The organization will not support important initiatives, to their own peril. Case in point: Over-reliance on paper products and willful ignorance of market changes that embrace digital solutions. To be blunt, Doornbos is awful. He is far better suited for politics, but may God Himself help us Coloradans if he ever runs for office. Just for situational awareness, Cook rents half the building to Save the Storks, an anti-abortion organization.
