      Pros

      Engineering Integrity in everything we do, Done Safely, ethically to high standard and in a diverse environment. If you're not capable of working in a tough, robust Engineering environment supporting very demanding customers then this is not the job for you.

      Cons

      High pressure job. Can be long hours both whilst working in the office or away on business. No daily home working available.

      Pros

      Team and manager is super knowledgeable. Everyone shows up and gets their work done. They do have employee resource groups that do a lot of events. Benefits are alright compared to others. Flexible with appointments and stuff like that.

      Cons

      Only one day wfh. Location and commute isn’t great.
