Pros

Tasks can be almost the same each project/client so you can be familiarized through time especially that you are loaded everytime.

Cons

So much workload that it does not match to your salary. Seniors have inferiority complex. My manager gaslighted me when I shared that I am demotivated at work.

Interesting client portfolio and challenges Dynamic spirit in teams Diverse backgrounds in teams make it very multicultural Company showing strong growth (increasing sales and new offices) Possibility to travel in some cases

Improved HR involvement with hiring and employee development would be interesting
