Cons
No respect with peanut salary. too much work with no life balance and dull leadership with a cheap boss who might even try to hang on with employees' wife. Career Opportunities are only to meet DOL's requirements for immigrant workers. Someone is cheering up while boss is away but she is not aware of hidden cameras... You need to be dull to be promoted. With a few exceptions, I could say that smart brains leave the company. This may not valid for rest of the world but in US (Alpharetta), the business is destined to dye. It can only survive in places like Roanoke, AL where there is no hotel stay and where you would have to travel with peanut allowance. (it was around 20 bucks a day while others paying $100 a day for a developer)
