      Cool and friendly people. You are allowed to think and take your own decisions. Implement your own logic. Very helpful team lead and technical manager.

      Work pressure is a bit more than usual.

      Pros

      There were a few nice employees working there currently.

      Cons

      They lie, don't warn, they don't follow the employee handbook, greedy, not taking actions, operate by mouth, no rules/ policies, conspiracy- it seems that they cover up by making up reasons. Overuse their employees and no respect, be careful cause they might just simply let you go without warnings and will not even give you time to take your personal stuff!
