1. The same 20 people are shuffled around in leadership positions in the company 2. Friends and family of leaders are often hired as direct employees, contractors, or agency partners. There are people SVP and above who have no business being in the role and would never get that same job if they had to interview anywhere else 3. Compliance and getting "in" with the right people is often rewarded over competence
