Pros

The team is great Products have an interesting premise, but more on the issues below Can make a decent amount of money if you have opportunity to sell some opportunity to move up or to different teams, but only afforded to specific teams and where you start. Not all departments have this option. Growth is limited to manager favorites. benefits are good

Cons

The culture is one of the worst I have worked for. Some employees and managers try to make it fun and good but it doesn't matter because the top brass makes it clear that they don't care about employees. You will not be given the tools or leads needed to do your job Layoffs again right after raising funding and talking about things being good. base pay was low for my department, not sure about the others. Leaders are short sited and don't listen to customers or employees who talk to customers and prospects on the daily Chooses to spend on things no one cares about instead of fixing existing major problems, ignores criticism of very real issues with the products, but no energy is put into fixing those. Instead, new products are created.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re glad to hear you had positive experiences with your team and benefits, though we’re sorry your overall experience left you feeling disappointed. Periods of change, especially during times of growth and market adjustment, can create difficult moments and hard decisions across a business. While those decisions are never easy, they are made with long-term sustainability, customer needs, and the future of the company in mind. We know experiences can vary across teams and leaders, and we continue to invest in strengthening communication, manager effectiveness, and the overall employee experience as we evolve. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Pros

Positive work/life balance when I'm off, I am completely off. The remote schedule let me relocate to better my life to a more affordable cost of living area. Everyone in the organization feels like we're working towards something groundbreaking and inspiring. Managers set achievable goals for all their team members.

Cons

Leadership can hold things close to the chest which can have a hand in making some employees feel unsure about job security.
